Location
Newquay Ceredigion ( Work will be undertaken at this location)
Hours
6 hours per week (mainly evenings and weekends) to suit the needs of the employer
Rate of Pay
£15.00 per hour
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a friendly and sociable 8-year-old girl has an intellectual disability and vision impairment.
Because of her visual impairment, she always requires close supervision and may not be aware of everyday dangers.
She is a happy, outgoing child who enjoys being around people and is a pleasure to support.
About the Role
The role focuses on helping her enjoy fun, meaningful activities while ensuring her safety and wellbeing. You will provide one-to-one support in the community, encouraging her independence where appropriate and helping her take part in the activities she loves.
Her Interests Include
• Swimming
• Dance classes
• Cub Scouts
• Social outings and spending time with others
• role play with her Dollie's and particularly loves young children/babies.
