About this role

Clinical Responsibilities Provide highly specialist assessment, care planning, intervention and review for individuals with complex mental health presentations. Hold and manage a complex clinical caseload, including patients within standard and intensive/complex pathways.

Ensure care aligns with

NICE guidance Recovery-focused care planning Trauma-informed approaches Lead on risk assessment, zoning, and crisis planning, ensuring safe management of risk. Provide clinical consultation and expertise to MDT colleagues Leadership & Deputy Team Manager Responsibilities Act as Deputy to the Team Manager, supporting: Day-to-day operational management Clinical oversight and decision making Caseload and workforce management Provide clinical leadership within MDT forums, including: MDT meetings Daily huddles/zoning DIAM discussions. Practice Development & Education Lead on practice development across the IRH team, ensuring delivery of evidence-based care.
