ROLE SUMMARY
The Admissions Team is key function within the college, providing various services to internal and external stakeholders. For all application queries the team are the main point of contact and receive enquiries via email, telephone and face to face. It is of paramount importance that any enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner to ensure complete satisfaction for the service users and supporting the college’s strategic objectives.
The post holder will be responsible for data processing and all administrative aspects of the admissions team which will include contact with potential and current students, parents of both existing and potential students as well as colleagues within the college and all other stakeholders.
MAIN DUTIES
● Using the college Management Information system to log customer interactions and build relevant customer profile information for communications and tracking purposes.
● Using the MI system to track and progress applications for Further and Higher Education courses through key stages and ensure appropriate communications.
● Processing Applications, ID photographs and Identification as submitted by applicants.
● Printing of ID badges and distribution of lanyards
● Supporting delivery of key recruitment events such as open days, interviews, and enrolment - supporting these activities will require commitment to work out of normal business working hours.
● Liaising closely with Returns, Analysis and Process Officers and the Data Operations Administrators

ESSENTIAL ATTAINMENTS
● ● GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or Level 2 equivalent qualification.
● ● A UK driving licence free of major endorsements and the use of a motor vehicle as travel between sites will be required
● ● Working knowledge of information technology such as e-mail, the internet and other software applications.
● ● Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
● ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
