Join Our Client's Team as a Counterbalance FLT Driver

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Halesfield, Telford for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established operation offering regular 12-hour day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting warehouse and production teams as required.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)

✅ Previous Counterbalance FLT experience

✅ Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts

✅ Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures

✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
