An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the next step into veterinary practice ownership through a well-supported Branch Partnership model.

The practices are well-equipped with modern facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory and all the equipment expected in a busy first-opinion practice. This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon with previous leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, mentoring colleagues and driving clinical excellence.

As the Branch Partner and Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will inspire and develop the veterinary team while helping to shape the future growth and success of the practices. Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will have

• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Surgeon.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a veterinary team.
• Excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• The ambition to develop both a successful veterinary practice and a high-performing team.
