Additional Learning Support Worker – Employability

Independent Training Services (ITS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ALS Student Support Worker to join our Employability Skills and Apprenticeships provision across South and West Yorkshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with additional needs, helping them to fully access their programmes and achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Working as part of a committed and experienced team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to learners across a range of vocational areas. You will collaborate closely with curriculum staff and the ALS team to ensure learners receive consistent, tailored support that promotes independence, confidence and success.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners’ journeys, supporting them to overcome barriers and progress into further learning, employment or training.
