Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons to students in various settings, following guidance from the Head Teacher.
- Ensure positive behaviour management and prioritise student safety during all school activities.
- Attend to administrative and pastoral needs of assigned classes/groups.
- Design challenging yet appropriate tasks to keep students engaged and meet curriculum expectations.
- Align activities with the National Curriculum, adapting to student's individual needs and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies for work completion and assessment.
