Payroll Team at L&Q
Turning complex data into happy employees every month
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to take ownership of the Starters and Leavers process within 2 payrolls. The role also includes running the Auto-Enrolment Pension on a monthly basis for the L&Q Payroll and the administration involved with that.
To cover maternity.
They will work as part of a Team, currently 10, and report into the Senior Payroll Administrator.

Your impact in the role
Main duties. Starters / leavers, Pension processing, maintaining monthly spreadsheet and reconciliations.
Key relationships. Finance department, HR, Scheduling Team.
How they will help achieve departmental targets and goals. Work to achieve monthly targets / Deadlines ready for the monthly pay run. Communicate within the team to ensure all processes are complete.
