About this role

Business Support Team Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Team Administrator to provide professional administrative support to the CommOps Programme Area and wider management team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and supporting activities within the HPC Training Building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel, accommodation and event logistics.
  • Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and produce professional documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, data systems and administrative processes.
  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder visits and provide reception cover within the Training Centre.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness arrangements for the HPC Training Building.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative or team support experience.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Team-focused, adaptable and customer-oriented approach.
