Lead quality improvement initiatives, service audits, and continuous enhancement projects. Support the implementation of new imaging technologies, techniques, and best practice standards. Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistently high standards of clinical photography. Train, mentor, and support colleagues within the clinical photography service. Ensure the safe use, maintenance, storage, and management of specialist photographic equipment and resources.
