Key Responsibilities

Student Support

Provide personalised assistance to students, helping them with their educational and social development.

Classroom Assistance

Work alongside the class teacher to facilitate a productive and engaging learning environment.

Behavioural Guidance

Assist in managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.

Resource Management

Help prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.

Activity Supervision

Supervise students during activities, break times, and other school events.

Special Needs Support

Offer dedicated support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they receive appropriate assistance.

Requirements

Experience

Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

A relevant educational or childcare qualification is preferred.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
