The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced project officer to join our Transformation Team. The Transformation Team are responsible for the oversight of a range of transformation projects within adult social services. This role is fixed term for two years.
In this role, you will support the Transformation Project Manager to manage the delivery of a number of key adult social care transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project updates and implementation plans/business cases ensuring compliance with NSC priorities and legislative requirements.
Maintain key project documentation to support the successful delivery of transformation projects
Provide evidence of project delivery within the appropriate timescales and escalate any issues as necessary.
Establish & maintain appropriate links between colleagues and other professionals to encourage a clear understanding of each other’s priorities and ways of working.
Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, managers and businesses, both verbally and in writing, within information sharing protocols and record keeping policies.
Set up sustainable systems to collect, collate and provide information for strategic planning for transformation objectives.
