We have just had an excellent position come in for the leading ‘Saving Lives at Seas’ charity based in the centre of Poole for an Administrator to support the Occupational Health Team.
Within this role you will be;
• Effectively managing telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
• Assisting in the processing of health assessments and health surveillance certificates
• Prioritising and managing a busy & changing workload
• Support the management of Occupational Health records
For this role you will possess;
• Extensive administration skills and be IT proficient (particularly with MSOffice applications and electronic records systems)
• Proven experience within a busy and customer-focused administrative setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, confident and empathic approach to dealing with enquiries within the parameters of the service
This role would suit an individual who has worked in a doctor’s surgery, NHS, Hospital, Life Assurance as an Administrator or medical secretary.
