About this role

Curriculum Administrator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and diverse organisation?

Carlisle College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to support the effective delivery of curriculum provision across the college. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that plays a vital role in driving continuous improvement, coordinating key initiatives, and providing high-quality administrative support to our curriculum areas.

In this role, you will work closely with the Heads of Curriculum to enhance operational efficiency, promote consistency across departments, and support the smooth day-to-day running of curriculum activities. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate meetings and communications, maintain records and reports, and help ensure that projects and actions are progressed effectively.

This is a varied and rewarding position where every day brings something different. You may be preparing reports and supporting financial administration, coordinating meetings and monitoring action plans, liaising with colleagues and stakeholders, or assisting with the preparation of documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance activities.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who is confident working with data, systems, and spreadsheets, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and professional approach, and the ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of teams are essential for success in this role.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Confidence working with data, reports and financial information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing priorities.
