Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity within a small, specialist provision?
Our partner primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a creative, committed and enthusiastic teacher to join its dedicated SEND hub. This full-time position involves supporting children with severe learning difficulties and a range of complex and multiple needs.
The Role
- Full-time SEND Teacher position
- Working within a small, specialist SEND hub
- Supporting primary-aged pupils with complex and multiple needs
- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons
- Developing learning around pupils’ individual starting points, needs and EHCP outcomes
- Helping every child make meaningful progress and reach their individual potential
- Working closely with support staff, families and other professionals
- Suitable for a qualified teacher with previous experience of specialist SEND provision
- Previous experience supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties is essential
