About this role

Nursery Practitioner

Up to £30,000 per year | Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery where children are supported to learn through exploration, creativity, and play in a safe and nurturing environment.

The nursery offers thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate learning spaces equipped with natural resources that encourage children to investigate, discover, and develop at their own pace. Alongside bright and welcoming classrooms, children benefit from both a large and small outdoor garden, providing plenty of opportunities for active play, outdoor learning, and imaginative adventures throughout the year.

Following the EYFS framework, the nursery is committed to helping every child achieve their early learning goals while building the confidence, independence, and social skills needed for a successful transition into school.

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive.

What’s On Offer

  • Salary of up to £30,000 per year
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Bonus scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Long service awards
  • Regular team events
  • Opportunity to work within a supportive nursery that values collaboration and career progression
