We currently have an opportunity for Chefs to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

What you'll do

• All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.
• All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
• Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to.
• To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
• Visual hazard check of kitchen
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in leading a team
• Basic Knowledge of food hygiene
