Key Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire student learning across various classroom settings, covering KS1 and KS2, as directed by the Head Teacher.
• Demonstrate a commitment to positive behaviour management and ensure the health and safety of pupils during school activities.
• Attend to administrative and pastoral needs of assigned classes/groups.
• Set challenging yet appropriate tasks, maintaining high levels of student engagement and meeting curriculum expectations.
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Mark, record, and return work following school policies and procedures.
