This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to support our kitchen operations within a fast-paced hospitality and event environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring kitchens remain clean, organised, and fully prepared to deliver high-quality food service across matchdays, conferences, and premium hospitality events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives within busy environments.

What you'll do

• Support chefs and kitchen teams with food preparation tasks
• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain recycling procedures where required
• Assist with kitchen setup and close-down procedures
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

What you'll bring

• Previous experience within a kitchen, catering, or hospitality environment desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working within fast-paced and busy kitchens
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
