What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of the night shift while supporting both residents and your team:Lead and coordinate the unit overnightSupport clinical care alongside the Nurse (meds, observations, care plans)Guide and mentor Care Assistants on shiftDeliver high-quality, person-centred careBuild strong relationships with residents and familiesEnsure smooth, confident handovers What we're looking forNVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it - we'll support you)Experience as a Senior or ready to step upConfident leading a shift and supporting othersCalm, compassionate and organised - especially at nightPassion for delivering truly personalised care Why join Bupa?
