Up to 18.35 per hour dependent on experience + Up to 3,000 Annual Bonus Potential 1,000 Welcome Bonus Food is a central part of life at Broad Oak Manor. From freshly prepared daily meals and homemade cakes to special celebrations and themed events, our kitchen team plays a vital role in creating positive experiences and memorable moments for residents and their families.The home consists of two floors, with a dining room and lounges, supporting a vibrant community of 42 residents. As Chef Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality catering services across the home, ensuring every meal is nutritious, appealing, and tailored to residents' needs. What You'll Do As Chef Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals while leading and developing a dedicated kitchen team.
Key responsibilities include
Creating varied, nutritious menus tailored to residents' dietary requirements and personal preferencesPreparing fresh, high-quality meals that residents look forward to every dayLeading, motivating and developing the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experienceMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen complianceManaging stock, ordering, budgets and supplier relationships effectivelySupporting special events, seasonal celebrations and activities within the homeBuilding positive relationships with residents and gathering feedback to continually enhance the dining experienceWhat We're Looking For We're seeking someone who combines culinary expertise with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care through food.
You'll have
