Role OverviewWorking as part of the Finance Operations Department within the Accounts Receivable team, you will support a wide range of departments both in the UK and Globally. The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete and timely processing of payments, associated administrative tasks, investigating queries, supporting colleagues and adhering to the necessary controls related to the tasks maintaining clear records and audit trails.

What you'll do

Support with the time sensitive Daily Cash ApplicationInvestigate, clearance and timely action/application of items held in Transfers Not AppliedOwnership of the Paystack processOwnership of the Direct Debit Failure reports and support team with HKSCB DD processesAction Credit Card Failure report and ensure policies reflect correct balancesPrioritise and maintain the SLA for the Accounts Receivable inbox, coordinating solutions with stakeholders and providers as requiredSupporting with bank queries, investigations and escalationsSupport the wider Finance Operations Team with evidence gathering for regular auditsManage and clear the Task List items for the Accounts Receivable TeamSupport with investigation and data gathering for Worldpay queries

What you'll bring

Experience within an Accounts Receivable and Insurance backgroundComfortable with payment allocations and reconciliationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, and clearly communicate insights and trends. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads, meet tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility for any changes in working priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
