As a Senior Software Engineer - Maximus, you'll join our Group Technology team and help build the digital solutions that support Bupa's business operations. Working within the Maximus Product team, you'll develop applications and services that improve the way people work across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, create solutions that make a real difference, and support our ongoing digital transformation journey. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test and improve applications and services using Microsoft Power Platform technologiesDevelop solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and DataverseWork with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical, user-focused solutionsSupport software design activities, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with agreed standardsCreate and execute test plans, helping to deliver high-quality and reliable productsSupport release planning and deployment activities, ensuring solutions are delivered smoothly and effectivelyContribute to system integration activities and help maintain connected services and applicationsProvide first-line application support, investigate issues and help maintain platform stabilityContribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, participating in reviews and helping the team evolve its ways of workingWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online and DataverseExperience working with low-code and no-code solutions within the Microsoft ecosystemKnowledge of software development practices, including design, testing and supportStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsExperience working within Agile development environmentsExperience developing with technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS and APIsUnderstanding of software development within a test-driven environmentA collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
