On site face to face clinics supporting the local patient population, dealing with both acute and routine presentations A share of triage duty with on-site training if required Home visits or care home rounds, where clinically indicated A patient list which you will manage. Daily prescriptions, a share of laboratory results and clinical correspondence. Self generated admin including referrals and letters. Attendance of daily catch-up meetings and practice meetings monthly Ownership of a clinical area in the practice such as mental health, diabetes or palliative
