About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Carer to join our team in West and East Sussex. You will be visiting clients in their own homes, providing person-centred care and support that enables them to live independently and with dignity. As a key part of their daily life, you’ll make a genuine difference to the wellbeing of the people you support.

This is a zero hours contract, offering flexibility to suit your availability, with work available across the West and East Sussex areas.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming

Supporting with medication prompting and administration as required

Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling

Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities where needed

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in a client’s condition to the care coordinator

Working in accordance with individual care plans and company policies
