We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Manager to oversee our logistics and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's daily distribution and logistics operations.

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, transport routes and resource allocation.

• Supervise distribution and warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Monitor stock movement, warehouse dispatch activities and inventory records.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, transport regulations and company procedures.

• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenditure.

• Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.

• Develop and implement improvements to distribution processes and logistics systems.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
