About this role

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a residential service based in the Nottingham area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a medium-sized residential care service providing person-centred support and high-quality care for individuals with a range of needs, within a safe, welcoming, and homely environment

As the

Manager your key responsibilities include

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential care service, providing strong leadership to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support while maintaining a positive environment for staff

• Drive the culture, values, and direction of the service by promoting excellence in care delivery, staff development, and outcomes for residents with diverse and complex needs

• Maintain accountability for service performance, including compliance, quality monitoring, risk management, staffing effectiveness, and continuous improvement to ensure the service remains sustainable and meets regulatory expectations

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role

• Proven experience within a residential care setting, providing leadership and support to teams delivering high-quality care for individuals with complex needs

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safeguarding procedures, care planning, risk assessments, and promoting independence through strengths-based support

• Ability to manage daily service delivery, including staffing levels, performance monitoring, incident management, and maintaining high standards of care

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care**

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,000 - £55,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is permanent full time role working 40hrs a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
