Key Responsibilities

Classroom Leadership
Overseeing students and ensuring a focused, respectful learning environment.

Behaviour Management
Applying school policies consistently to ensure students stay on-task.

Support & Guidance
Assisting pupils with queries on their set work and encouraging academic progress.

Reporting
Handing back completed work and providing clear feedback for the permanent teacher.

Safeguarding
Maintaining a safe environment and following all school safety procedures.
Requirements

Education
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A*-C), including English and Maths.

Presence
Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a room of teenagers.

Adaptability
A professional, "can-do" attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in different schools.

Compliance
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
