This role would suit an approachable, highly organised individual who is looking to broaden their experience and develop their administrative skills within a busy and rewarding educational environment. As part of this role, you will support the delivery of a wide range of administrative services that contribute to the smooth running of the college and enhance the experience of both staff and students.
Key responsibilities will include supporting staff and students, contributing to the production of promotional materials and marketing events, assisting with key college events such as parents' evenings, arranging educational visits, maintaining files and systems, operating reprographic equipment, processing invoices and accounts, undertaking accurate data entry, note-taking, and supporting the onboarding of new students. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and strong administrative and IT skills.
