What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a fully qualified teacher to work as an Intervention and Support Teacher. The role will be supporting children who need additional guidance with their key learning subjects including Maths and English. The role will include supporting small groups and creating a safe, engaging and learning environment where all children are able to make progress.
The role is open to teachers with experience in both KS1 and KS2 who are looking for a new challenge in their teaching career. We ideally would like someone who has experience with different teaching styles and the ability to adapt quickly to create differentiated sessions for the children.
Additionally, you will be deployed across the school to support operational and school improvement priorities including 1 day/week deployed for English/Literacy and 1 day/week as Maths leadership.
