We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Business, Management and Marketing to join our Higher Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a range of Business, Management and Marketing degree programmes at our Bury St Edmunds campus, while supporting the continued development of our higher education curriculum.

In this role, you will deliver engaging teaching and assessment, contribute to curriculum development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the student experience. You will support quality assurance activities, develop learning resources, and help ensure programmes remain relevant to industry and employer needs. You will also contribute to open events, marketing activities, and wider curriculum initiatives.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related subject area. Experience of teaching within Higher Education is desirable, while industry experience and/or a Master's degree would be advantageous. You will have knowledge and experience in one or more areas such as digital and content marketing, operational and strategic planning, sustainability, supply chain and procurement, or financial reporting for decision-making. Alongside strong organisational and IT skills, you will be committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential and succeed in their future careers.
