Schedule

Part time casual contract working mainly evenings, weekends and late nights.

Ready to impact a better future?As an Events Assistant in our Maidstone Leisure Centre team, you’ll help ensure every visitor experiences a safe, smooth and enjoyable event. Your work supports the delivery of activities that bring communities together and create positive impact.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the set-up, preparation and smooth running of events that help people connect, stay active and enjoy shared experiences. By helping us deliver well-organised, safe and welcoming events, you’ll contribute to work that touches lives and helps create a better future for local communities.

What you’ll do as an Events Assistant

You’ll be entrusted to

  • Support the set-up and preparation of events, ensuring all equipment and spaces are ready in good time.
  • Uphold company Health and Safety Policy and comply with all relevant safety legislation.
  • Carry out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout event areas.
  • Follow processes outlined in the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure consistent and safe operations.
  • Assist with stewarding duties when required to support smooth event delivery.
