Key requirements

To be successful in this supply role, you must meet the following criteria

Essential UK Experience

You must have recent, hands-on experience supporting pupils within a UK primary school classroom setting.

Phonics Knowledge

A solid, practical understanding of UK phonics programmes (such as Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics, or Little Wandle) to assist children with early reading and writing.

Curriculum Awareness

Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.

Safeguarding Compliance

A valid, enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad.

Key Classroom Skills

Excellent communication, a warm and encouraging approach to learning, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
