Your role involves skillful preparation of complex spice formulations specific to client's own recipe and the regional theme of their clients businesses. You will be responsible for a series of production and operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of junior staff.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK

• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality South Asian dishes & Specialties

• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality and formulation

• Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role

• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols

• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
