We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Performance & Quality Officer (PQO) to join the London Regional Performance & Quality Team, supporting the Unpaid Work business function.
This is far more than a reporting role. You will work alongside operational colleagues, frontline managers and senior leaders across London Unpaid Work business function to identify trends, solve complex problems, develop improvement plans and drive lasting change. Whether analysing performance data, developing new initiatives or providing insight that helps teams improve delivery, your work will directly contribute to strengthening service standards, improving outcomes and delivering excellence across Unpaid Work.

Essential Experience
Demonstrate experience of performance management, demonstrate experience of problem solving skills including analytical, evaluative & outcome focused techniques, operational experience of working in a Probation setting, and experience of quality systems and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
