Care & Support Workers

Tender365 Care UK Ltd is looking for compassionate and reliable Care & Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities and older people in supported living, residential care and community settings.

You will support individuals to live independently, maintain their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. Duties include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, promoting independence, record keeping and supporting people to access the community.

Flexible shifts are available including days, nights and weekends.
