As a Newly Qualified Midwife, you will

What We’re Looking For

A newly qualified or soon-to-qualify midwife (or awaiting NMC registration)

A strong commitment to high-quality, woman-centred care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiasm, resilience and a willingness to learn

All posts within the maternity service are rotational, ensuring midwives maintain and develop clinical skills across all care settings, including:

  • Birth environments
  • Antenatal wards
  • Postnatal wards and close observation unit
  • Community Setting

Our teams work a variety of rostered shifts, including long days and night shifts to support a 24-hour service, 365 days per year.

We are looking for adaptable professionals who can demonstrate the flexibility required to meet service needs.
