Our school is seeking a dedicated, highly organised, and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our SEND Department. In this role,

you will be a vital asset to our classrooms, working closely with teaching staff to provide an engaging, efficient, and supportive

learning environment.

This position requires a mix of strong communication skills and proactive classroom management. You will split your time between

general classroom support and delivering targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential. Work with us and you

will be part of a welcoming and motivated team. We are committed to giving you the very best opportunities to develop in your

career and will give you extensive support in your role. In addition to this, as a SEND Keyworker you will be invited to all of

our Teaching and Learning CPD sessions which will provide you with the essential skills to work within the classroom environment.

This role would be suitable for a graduate or someone considering a career in teaching as you will be able to build positive

relationships with students and gain valuable classroom experience.
