Staff Nurse

Undertakes specific direct and indirect care and therapeutic duties as a Registered Nurse within own level of skill and competence. Carry out specified delegated clinical care and support, consistent with the patient/ users plan of care. Document a clear and accurate account of any direct or indirect care given to the patient. Friendly, polite telephone manner being aware of the need for confidentiality and liaising with the senior team at all times. Working within your scope of practice and completing all essential training as well as additional role specific training which will be provided as ongoing learning.
