Work in collaboration with Head of School of Medicine to develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Internal Medicine Stage One Training Trainees with focus on the regional education programs. Develop ideas that will improve the working lives of doctors and maximize enjoyment whilst in training positions.
