Interim Head of Health & Safety - Immediate start

I'm recruiting an Interim Head of Health, Safety & Compliance for a respected housing organisation that needs someone who can hit the ground running from day one.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of health, safety and compliance across a large housing portfolio, providing support and challenge to senior leaders whilst ensuring critical compliance activity remains on track.

You'll oversee the "big six" compliance areas, lead the H&S function, support operational teams and provide strategic advice at leadership level.

What they're looking for

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong housing, property, compliance or construction experience
• Proven leadership capability
• Someone who can quickly assess, prioritise and deliver results without a lengthy handover period
