Our client, a well-established and reputable insurance-approved accident repair centre in Crawley, West Sussex, is actively seeking a dedicated Collection & Delivery Driver to join their expanding team. Duties of a

Collection & Delivery Driver

• Driving a 5-tonne Iveco truck for vehicle collection and delivery across designated routes
• Covering areas including Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex
• Collection & Delivery Drivers Ensuring timely, safe, and efficient transportation of customer vehicles
• Checking vehicles in and out, maintaining accurate documentation
• Providing excellent customer service during all collection and delivery interactions
• Liaising with the Transport Manager to support daily operational requirements
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle care, safety, and professionalism

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence suitable for 5-tonne vehicles
• CPC qualification as a professional driver
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Keen eye for detail and quality awareness
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of routes across Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex is desirable
• Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential
