As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and wider support teams to help pupils reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential.

About You, To be considered for this role, you will

Hold a 2

1 degree or above (or be predicted to achieve this)

Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and professional approach
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Show a genuine passion for supporting children and young people’s development
Be eager to gain hands-on experience within a school environment
Be considering a future career within education or related sectors
Have the right to work in the UK

The Role,

Your responsibilities will include

Supporting classroom learning across a range of curriculum areas
Delivering literacy, numeracy, and learning interventions to small groups of pupils

Providing personalised 1

1 support for children and young people requiring additional guidance

Supporting pupils with SEND and other barriers to learning
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, independence, and engagement
Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and learning resources
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
