Ruckley is a unique semi-independent community home approximately seven miles south of Shrewsbury, supporting eight young adults
with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom, with every two
people sharing a kitchen. The service also features a large communal hub where our supported people come together to enjoy shared
meals, social activities, and community events.
The people we support lead active and vibrant lives, enjoying a wide range of activities including pub lunches, bingo, baking,
drama and dance groups, swimming, Zumba, Tae Kwon Do, cycling, barbecues, gaming, and much more.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a positive difference

About You
Essential Requirements
* Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.
* Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life. Support people to achieve their goals and aspirations
* Good communication skills and able to listen
* Be patient
* Able to work with families and communicate effectively to family members
* Promote independence and daily living skills.
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
* Be able to work using their own initiative and without constant supervision
You'll be the person helping talented people join our organisation and making a real difference. You'll help create an exceptional
support while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Desirable Requirements;
* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
