* Providing all visitors with exceptional customer service.

* Maintaining a friendly, professional, and welcoming approach at all times.

* Preparing the lounge area for opening each morning and ensuring it is cleaned and ready for the following day at closing.

* Keeping the bar and service areas clean and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.

* Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages.

* Dispensing drinks responsibly and efficiently.

* Working collaboratively with bar and kitchen colleagues as part of a supportive team.
