This is a permanent role that emphasizes collaboration with employers and educational institutions to create supportive internship opportunities for participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Employability Skills to learners with special needs.
- Support individuals in securing and maintaining work placements.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on participant progress.
- Facilitate workshops to develop essential workplace skills.
Experience Requirements
- Experience of teaching employability or functional skills to learners with special needs.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with barriers to employment.
- Experience in developing training programs or workshops is advantageous.
- Will need to hold a Level 3 teaching qualification.
