Trainee Assistant CAD Draughtsperson

Lasch Properties have a requirement for an Assistant CAD Draughtsperson in their planning/design department. This is a trainee position, so no previous experience is required, although a good understanding of English and Maths is essential. Computer literacy is also crucial.

The role will be varied and will include the following

Site visits to take measurements and produce surveys

Using Autocad to draw up existing layouts from surveys

Designing new layouts based on the clients specifications

Attending meetings (in person and online)

This role requires attention to detail and a motivation to produce accurate and tidy technical drawings.

Your own transport would be an advantage for site visits but not necessary initially as the successful applicant will be working under the direction of the senior draughtsperson.
