Hillcrest Academy are seeking to recruittwoinspirationalcolleaguesto the role ofEarly Years Level 1 SENDTeaching Assistant. This role is ofgreat importanceto our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and providegeneral supportto the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
Potential applicants have
- Early Years Qualification
- Relevant Experience with children aged 5 and under
- Good numeracy/literacy skills.
- The ability to attend to the students’ personal needs, and implement related personal programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters.
- Ability to support pupil’s needs and asses this effectively.
