What skills and experience we're looking for

The West Herts College Group is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Maths Lecturers to work as part of the College’s dedicated Maths team.

The successful candidates will be involved in delivering, developing, and preparing Stepping Stones and GCSE qualifications.

Ideally, you will have considerable experienceof teaching Maths with the ability to be creative and adaptable in your approaches to delivery to support the learning of students at varying levels.

In addition to teaching, your role will involve both individual and team support to vocational staff that will need assistance with embedding Maths into their vocational courses.

You will be required to support the diagnostic process and have the knowledge to work with students at a variety of levels. This includes contributing to the quality process by providing evidence of outstanding and innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. The role will require working across all the West Herts College Group campuses.
