What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Professional and Community Learning, CIPD teaching team
We are looking for a well-qualified professional to teach the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. Ideally you should be educated to post-graduate level to enable you to potentially teach up to Level 7. You must have substantialHR industry experience and a desire to pass this knowledge and experience on to our CIPD students. You will need to be confident in the delivery and assessment of the core and specialist modules included in these qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly to ensure the progress and achievement of learners.
This is an hourly paid position, workingapproximately 4 hours a week with a start date of in September 2026.
The closing date for applications is 23rd August 2026 . We intend to hold interviews on 2ndSeptember 2026.
